This recipe initially seemed unlikely to work, but I was pleasantly surprised—it tastes exactly like a Big Mac! Drew from @Official_drew_cooks on Instagram really knocked it out of the park with this one. I think it's a fun way to elevate the flavor of your next meatloaf.
**Annotated Cooking Notes:** If you're worried about contaminated lettuce, feel free to skip it; the lettuce is just there for presentation when serving the meatloaf. Also, Drew and I used crumbled hamburger buns as the breadcrumbs. If you have some on hand, give it a try! By the way, using the rest of the buns and this makes an incredible meatloaf sandwich.

Meatloaf:
2 lbs ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/2 diced onion
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbs ketchup
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
8 oz shredded American cheese
1/2 cup hamburger dill chip pickles, chopped
Sauce:
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup sweet relish
2 tbs grated onion
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp yellow mustard
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Whisk the eggs together. Mix all the ingredients together and form into 2, 1 lb loaves and place on a baking sheet.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top of loaves.
Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until done.
While meatloaf bakes, mix all the sauce ingredients together.
Serve on a bed of lettuce (avoid contaminated lettuce) and cover with the Big Mac sauce.
