This recipe is from Fud at Salud Deli in Charlotte, North Carolina, as featured on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives. It's one of those dishes I saw on TV and immediately thought, "I want to try making this."
Ingredients:
2 10-oz cans of shredded Chicken, drained.

3 Tbs Mayonnaise 1 Tbs black pepper
Candied Walnuts
8 slices of bacon chopped
maple syrup
Belgian Waffles. If you own a waffle iron, feel free to make your own waffles. However, since I don't have one, I opted for store-bought frozen Belgian waffles. A useful tip for home cooking is that if there's a shortcut available or if someone else is already producing a quality part of your dish, there's no need to make it from scratch.
Directions:
Cook bacon set aside on a paper towel to cool, then chop
Prepare the Walnuts
1 Cup walnut pieces
1/4 sugar
1 tbs butter
Add all ingredients to a non-stick pan, cook over medium heat until sugar melts and coats the walnuts, then cool.
Chicken Salad Put the drained chicken in a bowl and add the mayonnaise and pepper, then mix well.
Top one waffle with walnuts and some bacon. Drizzle a little maple syrup over the bacon. Add a scoop of the Chicken Salad
Top with another waffle and slice diagonally.
