I saw this Matthew McConaughey interview where he was explaining this tuna salad, and then low and behold a few weeks later the videos start showing up on the socials. So, for you, my friends, I had to give it a try, and damn if Mr. McConaughey don't know Tuna; this recipe is delicious. My wife loves tuna salad, and this recipe gets her seal of approval.
Annotated Cooking Notes: This is good as a sandwich, but fire as a Tuna Melt. There is some debate online as to what kind of jalapeño chips to use; here is what I used

1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbs lemon juice
2 tps wasabi paste
2 tps Italian dressing
3 Tbs finely chopped red onion
3 Tbs finely chopped dill pickles
1/3 cup crispy jalapeño chips
1/4 cup chopped apple
1/2 cup fresh corn kernels
1/2 cup frozen peas
10 oz Tuna packed in olive oil, drained
Stir mayonnaise together with vinegar, lemon juice, wasabi, and Italian dressing in a medium bowl until combined. Add onion, pickles, jalapeño chips, apple, corn, and peas and stir; fold in tuna and chill in the fridge for at least an hour, but overnight is better,
