Here is another quick and easy summer recipe. I love that the author of this recipe says its a none recipe it makes sense since it is so easy. I'm always looking for quick simple recipes that highlight great ingredients and this one checks all those boxes
Ingredients

8 figs, (trimmed and halved)
1 to 2 ounces goat cheese ((optional))
1 to 2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons honey
8 pieces Prosciutto di Parma, (halved lengthwise)
Directions
This can't be easier, it's literally smear, wrap, and drizzle
1. Stuff the figs. Crumble the goat cheese on top of each fig half, then sprinkle with the thyme leaves and drizzle with about half the honey (doesn’t need to be an exact science).
2. Wrap and serve. Wrap each fig half in prosciutto, lay on your serving platter, drizzle with more honey, and enjoy!
